Clarins Self Tan Skincare Gift Set – (It’s On Offer!)

Morning Girls and Boys!

So as you all know im off on my Holibobs very soon and usually id try and get on the sunbeds a few weeks before I go to try and get a base tan. This just has NOT happened for me this time round.

I have been so busy with other things and its been so freezing outside that to be honest getting naked in a freezing cold salon has been at the bottom of my list of priorities. I do however look like caspers sister so I need to do something ASAP!

So whilst I was out shopping yesterday I decided to pick up some Clarins Self tan gel. Now I have never used this before but I have heard some good things about it so I thought id give it a try. It claims to achieve a natural sun kissed glow all year long.

The normal size gel was 200ml for £20.00 but then the lovely lady on the Debenhams counter told me that they are doing a mothers day gift set which includes the following:

  • Self-Tanning Instant Gel 200ml
  • Miniature Bronzing Duo 3g
  • Exfoliating Body Scrub 100ml

Do you want to know the best bit? The Gift set was the same price as the Gel itself. (I know, I know, your welcome.) How this works, I do not know but hey you know me im a sucker for a deal.

So my plan is to go and buy myself a new mitt today, exfoliate tonight and then cream tomorrow.

Has anyone ever used this before? Can you give me any tips? I have only ever used St Moritz!

Mwah Xx

  1. Good friend, age 25, just diagnosed with rare form of skin cancer on her face today. She used to tan all the time. So I posted on my blog (www.abcparenting.blog) a good article about why parents should discourage teens from tanning. To me (a pediatrician) milk white is beautiful.

    1. It’s heartbreaking. This is another reason why I won’t use them any more. I’d much rather fake it! I know someone who was diamond skin cancer who had never used them too. We have to be so careful x
